Q-Point is an independent Dutch consultancy firm working for the Dutch and international public and private sector. Q-Point is specialised in consultancy projects for agro-food businesses (from producer to retailer), donors and public institutions in various agro and food markets and cosmetics.

Q-Point has a broad experience in food safety (HACCP, BRC, IFS, GlobalG.A.P. GMP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000), traceability, integrated quality management (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 26000, ISO 17025), sustainability, value chain management, market & business development (e.g. development, coordination and project management of international value chain projects), entrepreneurship and gender mainstreaming.

Since 2003 Q-Point has been active in certification, food safety, quality management and value and supply chain projects with retailers, exporters, processors, and farmers, focusing on cooperation and communication (data collection and data exchange) of chain partners and development of guides to good hygiene practices.

The competence of Q-Point is based on pragmatic and proven working methods. Depending on the problem, it is possible to form a multidisciplinary team of experts on any place in an organisation to achieve the intended goals. This is possible because Q-Point can rely on 13 specialists with extensive experience and with the possibilities to work alone or in a team.

The head office is in Wageningen. With a regional office in Nairobi - Kenya, Q-Point has a strong presence in the East-African region.
