House rules

By entering the venue, visitors agree to the following house rules.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in denial of access to the venue. Directions and instructions from the organisation and security must be followed at all times. In situations that are not provided for in the house rules, the organisation will decide.

Identification - You must be able to identify yourself at all times during the festival in accordance with the Dutch identification requirement.

Own risk/liability - Attending the festival is entirely at your own risk. The organisation cannot be held liable for any damage including personal injury, loss and/or damage to property.

Privacy - When entering the festival area, visitors permit to make video, photo and sound recordings in which the visitor may appear in or on. These recordings may be used by organisation or press for promotional purposes.

Alcohol - Visitors under the age of 18 are not allowed to purchase and/or consume alcohol.

Smoking & drugs - Smoking and/or the use of drugs is not permitted anywhere on the Wageningen campus.

Forbidden objects
The following items may not be brought onto the festival grounds:

• Food and drink (except water), drugs, alcohol;
• Cans and glass (bottles);
• Dangerous objects such as weapons, knives and aerosol cans, toxic, highly flammable or -explosive materials, fireworks;
• Objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts/expressions;
• Professional photo-, video- and audio recording equipment, drones or selfie sticks, unless there is an agreement with the organisation;
• all other matters that, according to the organisation of Wageningen Campus Summervibes, could pose a danger to health, safety and public order. Promotional activities are prohibited on and around the festival site.

Promotional activities are not permitted on and around the festival site.

Inappropriate behaviour
Discrimination, intimidation, destruction, incitement, aggression, causing nuisance or violence in any form will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event site and/or transfer to the police.

* Summervibes Festival takes place on Wageningen Campus. Besides the rules above, the General Rules for using the WUR Terrain also apply.
