FACCE-JPI welcomes 14 new member organisations to take place in the FACCE-JPI Stakeholder Advisory Board (StAB). The organisations were selected by the FACCE-JPI Governing Board (GB) (representation of 23 European countries and New Zealand) through an election procedure that took place in the fall of  2020. The StAB currently consists of 28 European and international organisations, themselves representing a great number of other (national/regional) organisations active in the food, environmental and agricultural sectors.

The StAB of FACCE-JPI provides end-user and stakeholder advice to the GB and in activities of the JPI. The StAB and GB together with the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) have worked closely to develop and update the FACCE-JPI Strategic Research Agenda and elaborate the Implementation Plan. Furthermore the StAB advises on ways to increase the relevance of FACCE-JPI’s work for stakeholders and ways to enhance the dissemination and (societal) impact of the joint actions. The current StAB mandate runs from 2020 until 2023.
